Oye Nuttys aims to ensure customers receive exactly what is ordered, tested for quality, and delivered as expected. On valid production defects or transit damage, a complete, no-questions-asked replacement is offered within the stated window, subject to inspection.
Exchange/return must be requested within 2 days of delivery for defects/damage, and within 7 days for other eligible reasons, with product returned unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.
Eligibility and Timelines
Replacement for damage/defect: Request within 2 days of delivery with mandatory unboxing video showing the shipping label and first opening of the parcel (no cuts/edits).
Return for non-satisfaction: Accepted within 7 days of delivery, product must be unused, unopened, in original packaging with all tags, freebies, and invoices.
Non-eligible: Claims raised after 7 days; products opened/used; items received as described and not damaged; part-order exchanges; items without required proof.
Condition and Inspection
All returns/replacements are subject to quality inspection to verify the item is unopened, unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as delivered.
If inspection fails, the return/replacement will be declined and the item may be shipped back at customer’s cost.
Process and Timelines
Step 1: Raise a request via email to support@oyenuttys.com within the applicable window, including order ID, issue description, and mandatory unboxing video for damage/defects.
Step 2: Receive RMA/return instructions. Ship back using the advised method with original packaging, invoice, and all accessories/freebies.
Step 3: Upon receipt and inspection (2–5 working days), outcome is confirmed. Approved exchanges/refunds dispatch/process within 10–12 working days total.
Exchange Rules
Only full-order exchanges are allowed; partial exchanges are not supported.
Exchange must be for the same product or a higher-value product by paying the price difference; lower-value exchanges receive store credit at Oye Nuttys’ discretion.
Refunds
Refunds (where applicable) are processed only to the original payment method.
For COD orders, shipping and COD fees are non-refundable; product value may be refunded/exchanged per eligibility.
Bank processing times may vary; allow 5–7 working days post-approval for credit reflection.
Shipping Costs
For verified damage/defect on delivery, Oye Nuttys may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping against proof, at its discretion.
For returns due to non-satisfaction or customer preference, return shipping is borne by the customer.
Cancellations

Orders may be held or cancelled if flagged as fraudulent/malicious, in case of pricing or availability errors, or for failed verification, without liability.
If cancelled post-charge, the amount will be reversed to the original payment method. Promotional vouchers used may not be reinstated.
In suspicious cases, details may be shared with authorities as required by law.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 working days of placement if unshipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed; customers may initiate a return after delivery as per policy.

Window: 14 days from the delivery date shown in tracking.
Coverage: First-time purchase of Oye Nuttys High Protein Super Rolled Oats – Chocolate and Coffee, 400g and 1Kg variants only.
Refund: 90% refund to the original payment method; 10% deducted toward taxes, packaging, and shipping.
Exclusions: Not applicable on repeat orders; not applicable if more than 50% of the package content is consumed; not applicable to any other product, variant, bundle, or combo.
Condition: Product packaging and remaining contents must be returned; misuse or policy abuse voids eligibility.

General Clauses
Final Authority
Oye Nuttys reserves the right to accept or reject return, replacement, refund, or guarantee claims, including due to missing documentation, policy abuse, or hygiene/safety concerns. Decisions by Oye Nuttys management are final.
Stock and Substitutions
In case the requested exchange item is unavailable, Oye Nuttys may offer a similar product, store credit, or a refund per policy.
Freebies and Bundles
If an order with threshold-based freebies is returned/partially returned causing ineligibility, the freebie must be returned unused and unopened; failing which, its MRP may be deducted from the refund.
Bundle/kit returns must include all items; partial returns are not accepted unless explicitly stated.
Hygiene and Safety
For food and nutrition products, opened/used items are generally non-returnable except for verifiable damage/defect on delivery with required proof.
Misuse and Fraud
Oye Nuttys may block accounts or decline future orders for repeated returns, claims inconsistent with evidence, or suspected abuse.
